Caltrans proposes to cold plane 0.20-feet and replace with 0.20-feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt-gap graded (RHMA-G) on the westbound State Route 52 Genesee Avenue offramp and the southbound 1-5 La Jolla Parkway onramp. There is severe asphalt concrete cracking and this project will extend the life of the pavement.
