The project will determine flow criteria and streamflow enhancements for the Little Shasta River in Siskiyou County1 and San Juan Creek in Orange County, through application of the California Environmental Flows Framework (CEFF). The project will also provide case studies for the applicatio'n of CEFF that can be replicated or adapted for other watersheds throughout the State.
