Document Description
The Company proposes to install one pair of 12 diameter granular activated carbon treatment vessels at an existing surface water treatment facility with flow of approximately 750 gallons per minute. The addition of this treatment will mitigate the formation of disinfection by-products from forming in the distribution system by removing TOC prior to disinfection.
