This project will primarily replace culverts or rehabilitate them by construction headwalls and paving inverts. Seventeen culvert systems will be included in this project. The purpose is to repair or replace inadequate culverts. Culverts that are hydraulically deficient need routine maintenance in order to sustain drainage.
