Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry permit to Zayo Group to install a fiber optic line for NORCOM at Prairie City State Vehicular. Recreation Area to ensure uninterrupted emergency dispatch services, The new line will run underground from White Rock Road to the NORCOM facility adjacent to the Prairie City park office. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CECA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
