This project is exempt from CEQA under CEQA Guidelines§ 15061(b)(3), 15301, 15303, 15304, 15306 and California Public Resources Code (PRC) 21080.35 for solar energy systems. All work will be conducted at an existing facility. There will not be any expansion of the facility, and the project will not result in a physical change in the environment.
