Document Description
UC Davis will renovate the existing Agriculture Field Station building into a warehouse and storeroom space. The renovated building space is approximately 2,200 square feet. The project will include hazardous material removal, electrical & HVAC modifications, lighting improvements, paint, telecom/data improvements, fire alarm study/review, renovation of restrooms to meet accessibility requirements, acoustic ceiling modifications, furniture, flooring (carpet & resilient), new exterior rolling door and new curb cut & driveway.
