Document Description
This project will reconstruct Fulton Rd. between Occidental Rd. and W. 3rd St. using synthetic fiber reinforced asphalt or roller compacted concrete technology; replace deteriorated storm drain pipe near Darla Drive, install a new sewer manhole and update pedestrian ramps to current ADA standards. Synthetic fiber reinforced
asphalt technology will reduce construction costs, construction time and has the environmental benefit of utilizing 26 to 33% less asphalt concrete for the new pavement section.
