The Briggs Hall Roof and Electrical Renovation project would upgrade the building's electrical distribution system, relocate old electrical and mechanical equipment from the roof to the ground level, and replace the existing roof. The electrical work includes the removal of the existing electrical infrastructure, and the construction of a new utility enclosure at ground level with fencing near the existing loading dock.
