The proposed project would widen shoulders and install rumble strips for safety reasons due to 9 collisions between 1/1/09 and 12/31/13. It Is proposed to place½-¼ ton RSP above the inlet at the drainage system at PM 30.88, At PM 31.11, remove the headwall & replace with a standard flared end section & extend culvert by 5ft.
