Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0082-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, CRPF IV Elwood, LLC, as represented by Patrick Daniels. The project proposes to construct a 115-acre business park complex that will include 35 industrial buildings and 3 commercial buildings that include commercial, and office uses which total approximately 2,050,000 square feet of new building space and related onsite and offsite improvements. Project activities include grading, filling, and constructing culverts within two ephemeral streams within the project area. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above described project on May 24, 2021 and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations
section 15096, subdivision (i):
