Document Description
The whole site modernization to the existing Loma Portal Elementary School campus includes demolition of existing modular buildings, full renovation and seismic upgrade to Building 1 (Administration Building); maintenance work at Buildings 2, 3, and 4; and construction of new 27,300 square-foot, two-story classroom building (new Building 5). Site work includes renovations of the existing parking lot, accessibility improvements for accessible paths of travel, new lunch shade structures, and playground and softscape improvements. Construction of the Proposed Project is scheduled to begin in June of 2026 and last approximately 24 months.
