Document Description
The Cubberley Whole Site Modernization project will consist of upgrades to the campus’ existing classroom buildings, multi-purpose room, food services area, and campus administrative spaces. Project renovations will include improvements to both the interior and exterior, including new finishes, furnishings, as well as accessibility and code compliance improvements, including student restrooms and fire alarm system upgrades. Campus site improvements include a new lunch court shelter, solar energy, new (PV) solar with a whole site battery storage system, ADA path of travel, landscape improvements, site graphics, directional signage, including a new campus marquee, and architectural enhancements to the campus’ single point of entry. Student recreation areas will receive new playgrounds, shade shelters, and hardcourt upgrades.?The project would not increase the total number of classrooms but would increase capacity by approximately 54 students (From 198 to 252). Construction would begin in June of 2025 and last through March of 2027.
