Document Description
The project applicant, Retail Development Advisors, proposes the construction of a new retail development consisting of a bank with two lane drive through ATM station, retail building for three to four retail/food tenants with a drive through, fast food restaurant with drive through, larger single tenant retail store, tire store, auto-related service/retail store, four bio-retention basins, and associated parking, on a vacant 6.2 acre lot. A private access drive would be constructed at the Creighton Road intersection with Clinton Keith Rd, along with associated improvements to the intersection.
