Document Description
The proposed approximately 8-acre facility would consist of up to 2,900 solar modules arranged in 50 rows. In addition to the solar arrays, a switchboard, transformer, and meter and monitoring equipment would be installed on an equipment pad on the northwest corner of the installation. The County would implement a landscape plan for the site which would screen substantial portions of the new facility from motorists on Highway 1. The project is located at the end of Oklahoma Road, on the south side of Highway 1, east of Kansas Avenue, at the County Operations Center in the San Luis Obispo Planning Area (North sub area).
