Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is ·issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The purpose of the Project is to replace four bridge structures over the Cosumnes River and Cosumnes River Overflow to meet Central Valley Flood Protection Board requirements. The approximately 103.4-acre Project consists of creating a permanent access road; installing temporary work bridges, temporary culverts, and a temporary work pad; and deconstructing and replacing the existing bridges.
