- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2019-0158-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Granite Construction Company, as represented by George Delano. The project includes bridge and highway improvements on State Route 99 (SR 99). The scope of work will include removing and replacing the existing bridge structures crossing the Cosumnes River, and other activities including replacement of the Cosumnes River Overflow Bridge, improving the Dillard Road Overcrossing, relinquishing the McConnell Underpass, replacing the McConnell Overhead structure, and realigning the southbound lanes of SR 99. Project activities subject to Notification include installation of a temporary bridge, replacement of the Cosumnes River Bridge, and associated installation of a temporary work pad within the Cosumnes River
