This amendment includes a reduction in the required acreage for onsite restoration from 1.203 acres to 0.443 acres and\corresponding increase in the required acreage for offsite mitigation credit purchase from 2.304 acres to 3.064 acres. This amendment also includes a transfer of the ITP from Granite Construction Company (Transferor) as represented by George Delano, the current Permittee under the ITP, to the California Department of Transportation (Transferee) as represented by Soka Soka.
