Document Description
The project includes bridge and highway improvements on State Route 99 (SR 99). The scope of work will include removing and replacing the existing bridge structures crossing the Cosumnes River, and other activities including replacement of the Cosumnes River Overflow Bridge, improving the Dillard Road Overcrossing, relinquishing the McConnell Underpass, replacing the McConnell Overhead structure, and realigning the southbound lanes of SR 99. This amendment includes a reduction in the required acreage for onsite restoration from 1.203 acres to 0.443 acres and a corresponding increase in the required acreage for offsite mitigation credit purchase from 2.304 acres to 3.064 acres. This amendment also includes a transfer of the Agreement from Granite Construction Company (Transferor) as represented by George Delano, the current Permittee under the Agreement, to the California Department of Transportation (Transferee) as represented by Soka Soka.
