Document Description
The proposed project involves a comprehensive utility upgrade of all systems at one time to take advantage of coordination and cost efficiencies. The proposed upgrades will be installed in a single joint backbone trench that will be approximately 4,500 feet in length. This trench will include domestic water, fire water, chilled water, sewer, storm drain, gas, and electric telecommunications lines and be approximately 20 wide and six feet deep. Branch lines for each utility will extend from the joint trench to serve individual buildings.
