The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0284-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Damien Ramirez, Mezzrow Meadows, LLC.
The project is limited to the operation and use of 2 existing on-stream water storage ponds. Water collected in the ponds shall not exceed 23 acre-feet per year, to be collected from October 31 of each year to May 30 of the succeeding year.
