Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The City of Santa Cruz proposes replacement of the existing tank system located at the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant. The project includes demolition and removal of three existing tanks and the construction of the replacement tank system at the same location within the developed site. Replacement of the system also includes ancillary pipelines, pumps, structures, electrical power, controls, and instrumentation, and solids handling equipment, as needed.
