The 1.47-acre Project consists of installing a SO-foot-wide rock filled buttress upstream of the Upper Blue Lake Dam that will improve the seismic stability of the tallest section of the dam by resisting expected deformations that may result from the liquefaction hazard identified in embankment fill soils.
