Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria - APNs: 044-453-060, -090, -200, -220, -230, -260, and -270

The subject property consists of seven parcels totaling 2.08 acres, more or less, commonly referred to as APNs 044-453-060, 044-453-090, 044-453-200, 044-453-220, 044-453-230, 044-453-260, and 044-453-270, also known as the "Mission Way" property. The parcel(s) of land use are contiguous to tribal trust property and are located within the exterior boundaries of the Big Valley Rancheria. Currently, the property has a single family residence on three of the parcels, tribal government offices on one parcel and no disturbance on the remaining parcel. The parcels are all zoned single family residential, floodway fringe. The tribe plans to retain the existing use of the property which will facilitate self-determination by preserving the land for future generations to come.
