Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes drilling and construction of a new well (Well No. 7), an approximately 0.2 acre storm drainage basin, a hydropneumatic tank, and other associated infrastructure including possible treatment on the vacant lot on the western corner of Henderson Road and South West Avenue in the community of Caruthers, California. A transmission pipeline will be installed from Well No. 7 to an existing buried pipeline, connecting existing Wells No. 5 to the existing Well No. 6 site.
