This minor project is in addition to our approved project for rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged facilities which includes mold and asbestos abatement MVUSD is exempt & is not subject to further CEQA review because Class 1 includes "restoration of deteriorated/damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standards of public health & safety..."(see final plan approval)
