Document Description
Project consists of the removal of"all roofing tile and tile mortar materials. HV AC equipment, and roofing base sheets to install a new HPR Aqua Shield underlayment on the tile sections or in the case of the built-up roofing area, new modified bitumen roofing. To accommodate the new gutter system. the existing wood fascia boards will be removed, and new sheet metal fascia trim will be installed and finished to match in its place. Tile will be repaired and/or replaced as needed restoring back to its original appearance. Adjacent historical features will be protected to ensure the full building character retains original form.

The project will follow the guidelines of the Secretary of the Interior Standards (SOI), falling within the Preservation Treatment Approach.
