The project consists of installation of bioswales and berms along the edge of an existing parking area; minor grading in an area with existing buildings and a parking lot to reduce flooding impacts; installation of rain gutters and underground cisterns to capture, store and reuse rain water; recontouring the banks and planting of new native plants along a creek channel; and installation of a pedestrian/equestrian free span bridge.
