Document Description
The project proposes to construct 3 bio-filtration medians with impermeable liner and an underdrain to convey treated storm water to a nearby catch basin. The medians will serve as a pretreatment BMP that will capture and treat surface flows. In addition, 48 native trees will be planted in the medians. The purpose of the project is to collect rainfall through the permeable surface of the medians, which will be used to water the native trees to help reduce the dependency on recycled water use, and collect the surface water runoff through an inlet.
