Document Description
Caltrans proposes to reconstruct the slope at State Route 78 post mile 71.2. Scope of work also includes-pavement resurfacing, guardrail replacement, and adding rock slope protection. All work will be within Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to prevent slope and roadway failure. This project is needed because the recent rain events have loosened soil cohesion under the pavement and on the slope.
