Document Description
The project is limited to the seasonal diversion of water from Spanish Creek for irrigation on the adjacent agricultural land owned and operated by the Permittee. The water will be pumped from a water pit fed by a ditch from Spanish Creek. The project also includes the use and maintenance of two existing low water crossings. Maintenance of the low water crossings include minor grading to the approaches and trimming back overgrown vegetation as necessary to access and utilize the crossings. See NOE for full details.
