This project is spread over different locations with different goals for each. The area along Highway 203 is a combination of interagency coordination and maintenance. This project consists of three locations in the Town of Mammoth Lakes. The first portion will be along Highway 203, post mile 5.3-5.5, this portion will also impact the adjacent North and South Frontage Roads. The next location will be on Majestic Pines Drive from Valley Vista Drive to the dead end past Waterford Ave. The last location will be the entire length of Mill Street. See attached Exhibit A for detailed locations.

See NOE for full details. The District is a public utility. These exemptions app!y because the project is primarily replacement, focusing on repair and maintenance. The only new construction in this project will not increase capacity or expansion, and is rather intended to improve water quality and flow.
