Install a new electric entrance gate at the entrance to the River Park office at Bidwell Sacramento River State Park to provide easier access for park staff and higher security for state park equipment and park staff that work after dark. Work will:
• Excavate a 16'X18"X18" area and pour a rebar reinforced concrete pad with a "V" track to ensure smooth operation of the gate;
