Document Description
Project proponent will excavate a trench approximately 36 inches deep and approximately 70 feet long. Project proponent will then place riprap along 70 feet of Lake Almanor. Bio tubes will be placed between the voids of the riprap which will then protect live plant stakes. Project proponent will then place two more layers of rock on top of the riprap.
