The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0120-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Greg Schoepp. The project includes culvert replacements, road improvements at crossing locations, a trail crossing improvement, removal of an onstream impoundment and diversion, installation of a reservoir bypass system, and general site cleanup for a cannabis remediation.
