Document Description
The proposed project will enlarge two workshops and create two breakrooms for Porterville Developmental Center clients. Interior work will include wall demolition of previously modified walls and installation of new walls, paint and flooring finish, door and hardware replacement, restrooms and drinking fountain upgrades, ADA signage, ceiling repair, and LED lighting replacement. Exterior work will remove and replace previously modified concrete/asphalt patio, remove one window, and replace with one roll up door located in the back of the building, next to the patio work area.
