The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0104-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to John Carr. The Project consists of the continued use of an existing surface water diversion on an unnamed intermittent tributary to Dobbyn Creek for the purpose of domestic use.
