The Project is limited to stream impacts associated with the one-time dewatering event and shutdown of the Box Spring Feeder Pipeline to perform inspections of the pipeline under Metropolitan's pre-stressed concree cylinder pipe (PCCP) rehabilitation program. Project activities in the stream areas include the placement of erosion control measures, and dewatering from 4 discharge locations. This will occur within unnamed tributaries to Sycamore Canyon Creek and Sycamore Canyon Creek. Dewatering methods include diverting through a filtration system or dewatering hoses and discharging to the stream areas.
