This proposal is to consider the allocation for a grant to the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority (WRCRCA) and the acceptance of a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Habitat Conservation Planning Acquisition grant and the approval to subgrant these federal funds to the WRCRA, to acquire 58± acres of land for the protection of highly developable but essential habitat in lands within the target acquisition area in the Western Riverside Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan.
