This proposal is to consider the allocation for a grant to the Center for Natural Lands Management (CNLM) and the acceptance of a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Habitat Conservation Planning Acquisition grant and the approval to subgrant these federal
funds to the CNLM, to acquire 5± acres of land for the protection of coastal California gnatcatcher and 10 other federally listed species as well as other sensitive species and provide future wildlife oriented public use opportunities. The project is located near the community of San Marcos in San Diego County.
