Document Description
The California Department oi Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and
Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0009-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Keith Irwin.
The project is limited to the removal and rebuilding of an existing pier. Thirteen new steel 10 3/4-inch diameter pilings will be driven to a 6-foot depth. 4-inch x 6-inch x . 120-inch steel joists will be supported by 4-inch x 6-inch wide flange steel beams that are attached to the piling. Trex Transcend decking will be used as the decking surface. The new pier will be 54.6 square feet smaller than the existing pier. A turbidity curtain and caissons will be installed around the pier as necessary. All debris
and staging will be contained on a floating amphibious barge. All material transport will be via barge and loaded/offloaded at the Donner Lake Marina. No vegetation will be disturbed.
