The Project would decommission and demolish the City's R9C Water Storage Tank and associated-facilities, including removal of the tank, monitoring wells, paved areas, utilities, and fencing. Once site infrastructure has been removed, the site will be re graded to approximate predevelopment runoff patterns, and disturbed areas will be hydroseeded and erosion control measures will be installed. Project qualifies under a class of projects that has been determined in the CEQA Guidelines as not to have a significant effect on the environment and which may be exempted.
