Document Description
The Desert Tortoise Preserve Committee, Inc. (DTPC) is undertaking a project to restore approximately 300 acres of habitat for the desert tortoise, Mohave ground squirrel, and other sensitive wildlife species immediately west of the Desert Tortoise Research Natural Area (DTRNA). Restoration activities include installation of fencing, camouflage restoration of unauthorized routes, installation of signs along new fence, and trash and weed removal in the restored area.
