Document Description
L.A.N.D.S. (Public Lands, Access, maNagement, eDucation & Safety) will receive grant funding to establish and maintain 10 OHV Desert Information Centers (DIC's), to be located in various businesses throughout the Bureau of Land Management's El Centro Field Office (EFCO)managed lands in Imperial County, and into other surrounding counties. It would also provide funding for the design and printing of the LANDS OHV recreation guide, which would be distributed to visitors throughout ECFO managed lands, and other counties in Southern California. These activities do not constitute a physical change in the environment.
