Document Description
The City of El Centro is requesting funds for the National Youth Project Using Mini-Bikes (NYPUM). NYPUM uses mini bikes as a motivational tool for Imperial County's under served youth to improve school attendance and grades and reduce the incidence of drug and alcohol use and other illegal activities. The program teaches youth ages 1 O to 17 how to safely ride a minibike.
