Bench roads leading to the discharge lines of WGPP require grading and v-ditch establishment to allow runoff of water from the concrete apron during precipitation events. This project ls necessary to protect the infrastructure of the concrete apron that supports the discharge lines at WGPP. Beneficiaries of the project are the people of the State of California who depend on reliable water delivery from DWR.
