Document Description
The project proposes demolition of approximately 12,100 square feet and construction of 24,500 square feet for a net increase of 12,400 square feet. The project is intended to serve the existing student population without increasing the maximum student enrollment The project includes the removal of existing modular classrooms and a permanent one-story classroom building to be replaced with two new one story buildings. The new buildings will include a new classroom/science center and a library/media center. The project also involves the expansion of the existing parking lot to allow for additional on site queuing capacity, a new outdoor quad area, and a new playground. Th-a project will be implemented in two phases with the parking lot and classroom/science building in Phase 1 and the library/media center in Phase 2.
