Reasons for Exemption
This project will reconstruct two sanitary sewer lift stations that were damaged by the 2017 Tubbs Fire - a disaster in a disaster-stricken area in which in which a State of Emergency has been proclaimed by the Governor. There will be no expansion of capacity or site area for either facility as part of this reconstruction work.
