Document Description
The Conservancy will provide funding and a long-term license agreement amendment to the City to implement the Project. The purpose of the Project is to improve and expand storm water treatment areas and infrastructure, stream environment zones, wildlife habitat, recreational amenities, and local trails. The City approved the Project in 2019 following adoption of a mitigated negative declaration (MND). The Conservancy prepared an Addendum to address minor technical changes to the Project on ANs 023-241-022 and 023-241-023, which include construction of a storm water basin.
