Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to repair concrete box culverts located within the median and outside shoulders of Interstate 5 between post miles 7.5 and 9.0 within the Tejon Pass in Kern County. Heavy rain and mud flows through this steep mountain pass during storms have damaged the concrete channel that lies between the northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 5. Culverts along the channel have been damaged over time, requiring repair.
